Social Butterfly only accepts returns and store credit only
ONLY clothing items can be returned
Clothing items with the original tags, no stains can be returned within 7 DAYS of receipt for IN-STORE purchases. For ONLINE purchases, the item must be shipped back within 7 DAYS of receiving the package
For both ONLINE and IN-STORE purchases, you can receive store credit for up to 14 days with the receipt
Final Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable
We do not pay for shipping back returns/exchanges
We do not accept returns on the following items: jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, accessories and sale items.

We recommend if you are shipping back an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. After we receive the returned item, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, Social Butterfly Boutique does not accept exchanges due to the constant change of inventory. If you need a different size in your item, we recommend checking our website for availability and purchasing the new size. We will then credit your account as soon as we receive the returned item.
